3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With other users — your business profile information (company name, type, location, specialties) is visible to matched businesses on the Platform
With service providers — we use third-party subprocessors including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (cloud hosting) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
For legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to users
With your consent — for any other purpose with your explicit consent

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable timeframe following account deletion, except where retention is required or permitted by law, including for billing records, fraud prevention, arbitration evidence, or abuse reports.

8. Do Not Track
